Crisis Services

Below are the crisis and distress centres to reach out if you are feeling unsafe

If this is an emergency, or you or someone you know is in immediate danger, call 911 or go to your nearest hospital or emergency department.

​

You can call 988, suicide crisis helpline if you are having thoughts of hurting yourself or suicide. This service is operational  24/7/365.

​

If you have tried to seriously hurt yourself or end your life within the last few hours, please call 911 right away or go to your nearest emergency department.
